Resep Talam Jagung



Resep Talam Jagung
Bahan :
500 gr jagung manis pipilan dan haluskan.
150 cc air mendidih
155 gr tepung beras
100 gr tepung tapioka
150 cc santai encer
250 gr gula pasir

Lapis atas :
350 cc santan kental, rebus
60 gr tepung beras
30 gr tepung sagu
1 sdm garam halus
Cara membuat :
1. Campurkan tepung beras dengan air panas sambil di aduk rata. Masukkan jagung, tepung tapioka, santan encer dan gula pasir. Aduk rata, lalu saring.
2. Ambil cetakan kue berbentuk mangkuk kecil. Olesi dengan minyak goreng. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan kurang lebih 3/4 nya, lalu kukus sampai matang.
3. Lapisan Atas : Tuang santan kental yang sudah di campur sagu, tepung beras dan garam. Taruh diatas adonan tadi. Kemudian kukus kembali sampai matang.
