Resep Empal Daging Manis
Bahan :
500 gr daging has dalam, iris tipis
500 cc air kelapa
Seruas jari lengkuas, memarkan
2 lbr daun salam
Bumbu halus :
6 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
2 sdt ketumbar
5 sdm sisiran gula merah
1/2 jintan
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat :
1. Campur daging dengan bumbu halus, remas-remas
2. Tuang air kelapa, tambakan daun salam dan lengkuas. Masak hingga lunak dan bumbu meresap. Angkat. Pukul-pukul sejenak.
3. Panaskan minyak goreng sebentar. Tiriskan
4. Dapat di sajikan dengan bubur nasi (untiuk 5 porsi)
